A groundbreaking ceremony was held on March 7, 2023 for Prologis 303 Business Park, located minutes from Arizona State Route 303, Interstate 10 and State Highway 85. Prologis, a leader in logistics real estate and sustainable development, will invest approximately $190 million to build the 1.2 million-square-foot park. The park’s two modern facilities will be designed to provide operating efficiencies through sustainable features, including LED warehouse lighting, LEED certification and solar ready.
The park, which will create significant local employment, will be ideally located to support e-commerce and distribution companies with operations in Arizona and key markets in the Western United States, including Northern California, Ports of Long Beach, New Mexico, Utah, and Nevada. “We are excited to see Prologis expand their footprint in the city of Goodyear” said Vice Mayor Kaino. “Their initial investment along Bullard Avenue resulted in big wins for Goodyear in manufacturing and e-commerce, and we look forward to more great companies and high-wage jobs at this new state-of-the-art business park location.” Prologis has had a presence in Arizona for nearly 40 years, with an office in Phoenix that’s home to 27 employees. Its modern logistics facilities help 175 customers operating across Arizona deliver their products and grow their business. “We work closely with our customers to provide high-quality properties and other essential services that support their growth and success,” said Jeff Foster, VP, and market officer for Prologis. “We’re proud to be part of the City of Goodyear community and provide the facilities critical to deliver the essential products people need.” Construction of Prologis 303 Business Park is expected to be completed in Q1, 2024. JLL is responsible for the marketing of the new project. |
